I liked well-trained and very helpful employees!
Everything was simply nice. Well, it was a good stay during our 3 day visit. Zhenhai Road metro station was 5 min away. The breakfast was particularly good and the food was nice.

I had the deluxe room and it was tastefully decorated. The location seemed magnificent and wonderful willing to have breakfast in the restaurant. The staff was helpful when needed.

Enjoyed my stay, had an unforgettable experience. The hotel was fairly clean and gorgeous, had delightful views over the harbor. Overall it was a nice size and brand-new, with an own bathroom. The coffee bar was executive and the staff where well-trained.

This venue is spotless and feels upscale, with attentive staff providing a great breakfast service, and the deluxe suite I stayed in was beautifully decorated with an amazing view of the sea.

The pool area is nice too. Well-equipped room with exceptionally comfortable bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Location just off the bus station or subway station and shopping area and the Rivage restaurant, which is the one people have breakfast in the morning.

The hotel is well-run and gorgeous. the restaurant is good. the unit is tastefully decorated and brand new with an unforgettable view of the ocean. the staff was helpful during our stay. There is a wide array of nice food options for meals.

Staff are really helpful and try their best to meet your expectations. Housekeeping did a wonderful job of servicing the room and keeping it very clean.
The buffet is expensve for the choice and quality of food offered.

The staff is really kind and helpful, especially during breakfast. the rooms are always huge and brilliant with fantastic views and TVs. - the location is incredible, being close to a subway station. - the Siming district is definitely worth visiting.
